The Emmy's are stupid. Curb Your Enthusiasm, clearly the best comedy show by leaps and bounds, was not even nominated, nor was its star, Larry David. Granted, Larry's not really acting, but he's still the funniest guy on television. Unless HBO is not really television. But according to Larry it is. And Jeff Garlin and Richard Lewis and Suzie are all worthy of best supporting.

As for dramas, what about Friday Night Lights? Easily the most compelling show today. I've only seen the first five or six episodes, but I'm brought to tears every time. And the acting is so good across the board on that show, someone should have gotten an award.
